1. Dedicated Hot Runner Electric Torque Wrench


Designed for the installation and removal of hot runner clamping caps, manifold locking screws, and heat shield mounting bolts. Features an adjustable torque lock function to precisely control tightening force, preventing high-temperature thread seizure or stripping, as well as deformation of hot nozzle copper sealing gaskets. Long and short sockets accommodate tight mold cavities, while high-temperature-resistant socket heads allow direct removal of mold components from molds still retaining residual heat immediately after shutdown. Specifically designed to clean carbonized plastic deposits from hot nozzle runners and manifold runners, it comes with a slim-shank extended grinding head, a diamond grinding head, and a copper wire polishing head. 3. Electric Valve Pin Grinding and Polishing Machine


A specialized tool for needle valve hot runner systems, used for mirror-finish polishing and wear repair of valve pin heads and gate mating sections. With stable, low-speed output and compatible with polishing consumables of various grit sizes, it repairs valve pin wear and burrs, ensuring a tight seal between the valve pin and the gate. This prevents material leakage and drips during high-pressure injection molding and significantly extends the service life of the valve pins.
