Hot Runner Designer
Job Responsibility：
1. Proficient in using relevant drafting software such as UG, CAD, or PROE, with expertise in the design and development of plastic molds. 2. Responsible for designing 3D and 2D engineering drawings for hot runner systems; familiar with machining processes and capable of preparing process drawings for corresponding products. 3. Possesses a deep understanding of injection molding, including its characteristics, mold steel properties, and the physical properties of plastic materials; able to adjust hot runner structures based on injection molding conditions; skilled at analyzing the impact of hot runner structures on the injection molding process and provide reasonable suggestions for improving them. 4. Possess strong professional ethics; be sincere and down-to-earth; have good communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently. 5. Comply with company assignments and cooperate with other work tasks assigned by the company.
